I've worked on Many server over the past Five years mainly on Garry's Mod with the sole intent to expand my toolbox set of skills, and help communities grow into something more than a weekend trip down memory lane. I've helped dozens of communities on their feet, just for them to fall by a technically. Usually by billing, or a disagreement between upper management.
