Add a custom holster/add back the old one for the new EUP

As the new EUP clothing was added I think it would be a good idea to add a new custom holster or add back the old one (if possible) that was used in 1.0. I think this would add more realism to the server as TST, DPD and DCSO have these type of holsters IRL, and it would also pair with the new clothing.

I mean, I can't disagree more EUP would be cool but I don't think we need any more as it stands. We have a pretty good custom selection and I don't think anyone cares what holster we have since it's hardly like we're looking at it all the time. Cool idea but no point.
