Cad Suggestion regarding reports.

Here I have a suggestion for the cad report system. Two things that can be added to the reports are an edit button for when for example the server restarts and you need to edit the report to complete it or you just need to add more things to it & an evidence input box to separate the evidence from the overall report so it's not in the big paragraph of things.

Makes lives a lot easier and clearer when someone wants to go back and review evidence for a case.
