How to get the profile tags on Forums?

How do you get these tags, I am in departments but I don't have these. Been trying to find out how for a couple of days now.if someone could help I would really appreciate it.Thanks!

Wait you need synce the website with your steam or discord forget which one

I GOT IT. you go to the department discord and '-sync (your account URL)
