Make it so if you get ejected from your car, you instantly die. That would make it more realistic because if you get ejected irl, you are not getting up.

I'm not too sure how that would work development-wise, but everyone should be RPing realistically so after getting ejected it shouldn't be people getting up and driving again. That'd be a /report moment.
