The Dallas Communications is the overarching name for the 3 divisions, or teams, that work under this umbrella term - that being: LEO Division, Fire Division and ATC Division. All these divisions do various different things, with some being focused on law enforcement and fire departments, with others focusing on aviation communications from surface to air.
